I often find myself complaining about my dairy allergy, but it's really not that bad. There are so many ways around it, so I thought I'd share a few more gems I've discovered around the place. Betty Crocker Blueberry Muffin mix does not contain milk or butter, as you add your own milk to the mix. I switched the cows milk with almond milk, and it worked perfectly! The muffins were light and fluffy and I think the slight nutty taste of the almond milk was an added bonus to the flavour.
I also picked up these cute cupcake cases from Poundland, 100 cases for a pound! I love polkadots at the moment, and these pastel shades are lovely. Sadly they went a bit seethrough after cooking, but at 1p each, I felt I could afford to double up!
I think they turned out rather well if I may say so myself!
Perfect for breakfast or elevenses with a cup of coffee!
