After buying some contact lenses through Boots I was left with a no7 voucher to spend! I took this as an opportunity to go shopping, not that I normally need one! I needed some new concealer so I bought this No7 Blemish Stick in Fair. So far I am really pleased with it, it covers spots and not so pretty patches nicely and seems to stay on for quite some time. Next was this hand cream by Soap and Glory, just a mini one but I thought I'd give it a go after recently discovering how nice their body lotion is. The hand cream is no different, sweet smelling and lovely and smooth! I also bought this little Eye Base pot by No7, which may well be my new favourite item in my makeup bag.
Warning: Slightly gross eye vein alert! On the left is my eyelid normally. Getting very veiny and purple, and I'm not a huge fan. On the right is one thin layer of the eye base. No photoshop I promise! Almost completely disappeared! A lovely matte finish too, a great concealer and base. It looks very coral, almost red in the pot, but looks almost invisible on. Very impressed No7!
As I bought 2 cosmetic items by No7, I qualified for this free gift. I was quite happy about this in the shop, but it wasn't till I got it home and had a good look inside did I realise how awesome this is! A lovely little pink bag with a popper close, containing FOUR free gifts! Wahooo! If you know me at all, you know how much I love free things! It has a miniature of their classic Protect and Perfect Day cream, which I haven't actually tried yet, but I have heard good things. There is also a miniature of their Extreme Length mascara, which I am so pleased with, I will be buying in full size next time I run out. Also in the bag is a lovely mini eye shadow in 'Dusky Pink', which is actually kind of purple. It has a lovely shimmer too. Now on to the really good part! A full size Moisture Drench lipstick in Mulberry. It looked a little bit dark when I opened it, but after trying it on, it for me is the perfect 'your lips but better' shade. It is a gorgeous texture too and smooth enough to sort out my normally very dry lips.
My new little No7 collection. I'd never really used their products before, but after this I will definitely be checking the No7 counter out more often!
