don't worry be happy - part 2

Hello lovelies!
As promised, today I am going to continue with this little series on worrying less and keeping happy. I personally think the most useful and important part of stressing less is relaxing, and what better way to do this with a bubble bath!
Now, obviously a trip to a spa would be wonderful to sort out any tension and worries, but sadly not all of us have the money, or time to do so. That being said, I think there is little point in packing off to a luxury spa when you can create one so easily in the comfort of your own home! Put together a little care package for yourself of your favourite pampering products. Many of mine are from my local boots, or samples from beauty boxes, so all are relatively cheap and easy to get hold of. Candles are great too, and little tealights like the ones below work perfectly.
For the ultimate at home pampering session, you will need something for your body (eg a foaming bubble bath followed by soothing body lotion), something for your hair (I used my favourite Trevor Sorbie overnight repair treatment), and something for your face (nothing beats a face mask and a nice scrub or cleanser!), and that way you can easily treat yourself from head to toe!
A bubble bath is a great way to wind down after a busy day or for a long soak to clear a cluttered mind. They can do wonders for a tense back or aching legs too, so are my preferred method of relaxation.
My at home pamper pack includes -
Soap and Glory Calm One Calm All Bubble Bath
Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter Lotion
Trevor Sorbie Beautifully Straightened Overnight Repair Treatment
Green People Fruit Scrub Exfoliator*
Natio Gentle Foaming Face Cleanser
Bomb Cosmetics Fantasy Island Bath Blaster
Amie Spring Clean Clay Cooling Mask*
Washi! Skin Polishing Towel*
What are your relaxation must haves?
