Hello lovelies!
Now as some of you may know, I'm a bit of a tea addict! I often struggle to decide on a favourite, but I can tell you that on hot days, nothing even comes close to a cold glass of iced tea! That is why I was SO excited when the lovely people at teapigs sent me some samples to try out, and I couldn't wait to give them a go!
The best bit about iced tea, is that it couldn't be easier to make! You need one tea bag per person, water, and ice! Though if you're making some, you may as well go all out, and pop in some fruity extras and a pretty straw, because who doesn't love a pretty straw! If you've got a sweet tooth, you might also want some sugar, honey, or agave nectar to sweeten it up a bit.
I chose to make some Super Fruit Iced Tea, as I just love red berries! Here's how to do it...
Pop a tea bag in a glass, one per person, and cover with hot water (I wouldn't use boiling, as you don't want to be dealing with a broken glass), and leave to stand for a few minutes. If you are sweetening it up, add that in at this point so it can fully dissolve.
Remove the teabags, add in some ice cubes, a handful of blueberries, then fill up with cold water and a strawberry on top! Add your straws, and you're ready to go!
Yum! Fruity, cool, and couldn't be easier to make! Have you tried making iced tea before? If not, why not give it a go!
