This is one of my favourite nail art designs, purely because it is so easy! Well, the colour scheme works too, but this design is quick and can look rather nice! The base colour is Essie's We're In It Together, and the dots are created with a white nail art pen from primark, though I'm sure it would be just as easy with a normal white polish and a dotting tool.
