Last weekend, I took a trip to Bristol to do some shopping. Very unusually for me, I bought no makeup, skincare or clothes. I know, I surprise myself sometimes! I did however stock up on lots of lovely things for my new house, so I thought I'd share some with you today!
The top picture shows a sweet little candle holder from Primark, which was £1.50, so I bought two! I was really impressed with the current home range in Primark, there were so many lovely things. Next down is a plant pot from Ikea, which at £1.75 was a bit of a bargain. I love the colour, and my long suffering little pink flower now has a nicer home than just a plastic tub! After that is the sweetest cacti and succulent trio you ever did see! I couldn't say no to these three cuties, and I am determined to keep them happy and healthy! The main part of my 'haul' was bedding and decoration for my new bedroom. It would appear that I am possibly rebelling a little from living with boys for too long, and seem to have gone rather pink. The bedding on the top is Ikea, and cost £15. The pink frilly edged blanket was another Primark home bargain at £2.50. Next, the white blanket, which I absolutely love the texture of, was an Ikea purchase and looks just lovely with the bedding, and the cushion covers were Ikea too. Lastly was a small furry rug, Ikea again, which I am going to use on my desk chair as it is the perfect size to sit up the back.
