To me, a night out doesn't get any better than one that involves crafting, wine, and excellent company! Last week I went along to the Brighton Blogger Bitch and Stitch, organised by the lovely Lyndsay from FizzyPeaches and Fiona from Fifi McGee. We met at the Northern Lights pub in The Lanes and were joined by a few other crafty ladies for a drink and a good old natter. Clever old Lyndsay even taught me to double crochet, I made a rather wonky purple crocheted strip, but hey, you've gotta start somewhere! Sounds like fun even though I cannot knit. My boyfriend on the other hand knitted me a headband I wear running! He'd be perfect for stitching and bitching.
