Is there a sight more beautiful than a field of ruby red poppies overlooking the sea? I'm not convinced there is. Loz and I were driving back to Brighton last week when we spotted a blood-red field in the distance, so took a little detour. We parked up and strolled up a hill, and when we reached the top found this stunning display the other side of the hill, back towards the sea. The view was truly breathtaking, with thousands upon thousands of the flowers waving in the wind. It makes an excellent case for why stopping for a walk or an adventure is always a good idea! Hope you're all having a lovely weekend!
