You might have guessed by the recent addition to my header that my most favourite season is on the way. This week, it feels like the weathers on the change; it's chilly and I'm back in jeans rather than bare legs and have replaced my sandals with proper shoes. Autumn is, without a doubt, my favourite time of year. I don't want to wish the summer away, but I do spend most of the year looking forward to these coming months. Here are a few of my favourite things about the season..
*wooly jumpers
*cosy nights in under a blanket
*my scarf up round my chin
*crisp morning walks on crunchy leaves
*pumpkin pie
*pumpkin spiced lattes
*dog walks through the woods
*autumn colours on the trees
*berry toned lipstick
*did I mention pumpkin pie?
*hot chocolate with marshmallows
It's a season that suits me down to the ground. I'm never happier than when I'm wrapped up in jumpers and scarves, kicking my way through a pile of leaves with my rain boots on, before heading home and snuggling under a blanket with a cosy hot drink and my favourite film on the telly. Are you a fan of the approaching time of year too? What's your favourite part?
