It feels like ages since I've done a nail polish post, so thought I'd feature a really simple wintery manicure I've been wearing recently. About 90% of my nail polish collection is Essie, but I do have a few Barry M polishes, my most recent addition being Treasure Chest, this gorgeous chunky gold glitter that I think makes such a lovely festive top coat. Although part of the summer collection, I think Elderberry makes the perfect wintery blue in a pale icy shade, and a nice change from classic dark winter shades, or festive red and greens (though you can rest assured there will be plenty of time for those next week!). As manicures go it doesn't get much more simple, just a topcoat over one shade, but I think it makes such a lovely yet quick and easy style!Labels: festive, manicure, nails
