I have to say, I have had the loveliest week! I came to stay with family over my birthday for the first time in a few years, and I was treated to such a wonderful day! I woke up to Loz arriving with a giant bunch of gold balloons, which I then did a totally self-indulgent photoshoot in the garden with. It was a beautiful day and so we were so lucky with the sunshine, and as you can tell by the pictures, the dogs loved it too! Loz then whisked me away on an adventure in his Austin 7 through the country lanes, ending up at Westonbirt Arboretum (one of my favourite places) for lunch in the sunshine and a wander through the trees, which were full of the most stunning blossom I've ever seen! We came home to pink lemonade and a cake made by my lovely Mumma, followed by epic burgers at a nearby pub. I'm feeling like such a lucky lady to have had such a wonderful day, and it was so amazing to spend it with family and friends! The adventures continued during the rest of the week with a flying trip, country walks and a festival, but more to come on those later!What are your lovely things from this week?
