c/o The Body Shop
If I was stuck on a desert island with only one item of skincare, it would definitely be a moisturiser. I've gone through so many in recent years, but am yet to find the one. I have lots of favourites, but up until recently have ended up trying something new each time one runs out. One that nearly made it was Origin's Ginzing (read my review here), but I got through the pot so quickly and wasn't a fan of the price tag. I have however found a worthy contender in the form of The Body Shop's New Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser, which might just be my new number one!
The Body Shop have released two new additions to their Vitamin C Range, the Glow Boosting Moisturiser and the Instant Glow Enhancer. Both of which have an amazing fresh and fruity citrus scent which really helps you to wake up and feel alive in the mornings. The moisturiser is the perfect morning pick me up, its cooling and fresh, and the gel consistency delivers a huge boost of moisture to your skin. A little goes a long way too, a small amount of the gel is enough to cover your face, and it sinks in quickly and lasts all day. It reminds me of the Origins moisturiser but I think it's got a better moisture boost, and a preferable price tag too! The Glow Enhancer works as the perfect pick me up for tired skin, I've been popping it over the top of my foundation or BB cream as a highlighter, where it adds a really lovely natural glow, helping you to look more rested and ready to go! I adore the scent of both, and both have already become a permanent fixture in my routine. If you're prone to tired or dull skin, or are just in need of a boost, I'd definitely recommend you check this range out!
Good to know this is very moisturising. I have seen reviews from people recommending it for more normal skin which is a shame as surely dull skin needs a glow more than anyone else's!

Thank you for the recommendations! I'm the same, I'm yet to find a really good product and as I don't really want to spend too much money I've just been sticking with my basic Nivea cream. I'll definitely put these on my list as I really love the Body Shop as well! x
