Just a quick one from me today to wish you all a very happy 4th of July! I'm feeling very grateful that the weather has held up to give us a sunny day and will be celebrating with plenty of cold beer and burgers! I just thought I'd share a super quick and easy treat that you can whip up if you need something to take along to a party, or just to enjoy on a sunny afternoon! I'm not going to bore you with a recipe as these were far too simple for that. I bought a pack of meringue nests, a pack of raspberries and blueberries, pop them all together and you get these cute little red, white and blue nests! They are great to just throw together last minute, and make a rather lovely sweet treat.
