It's the most wonderful time of the year!
This week, I've started feeling festive. Not as in, let's start decking the halls festive, but that general feeling of excitement that comes from October through December. These three months are my favourite of the year, and this week has reminded me why!
Getting Chilly
With a 6oC reading on my car one morning this week, it's clear the temperature is definitely cooling. We've given in and put the heating on too, there's something lovely about snuggling in a warm house on a chilly evening!
There are three things I've learned never to discuss with people: Religion, Politics, and the Great Pumpkin
I finally picked out our carving pumpkins for this year, this one, pictured above, was the most sincere. It's also been a great week to watch It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. If you haven't, I implore you to add that to the top of your to-do list.
Feeling Better
After a little lapse/laziness, I've been a lot better at going to the gym and eating a little healthier this week. I'm not exactly a fitness queen yet, but Loz and I have been going together, and I think it's a whole lot easier when theres another person supporting you along! I'm hoping to try and keep this up as otherwise I worry I'll keep stuffing my face full of tasty food before hibernating as a chunky bear for the rest of winter.
What lovely things have you been up to this week?
